When you seal a walkthrough, the record holds the photographs you took, the time each one arrived stamped against world time (UTC), the location your phone reported with its accuracy radius, the address you typed, the shot list, and any shots you marked as not applying along with the time you marked them.
Once it is sealed, nothing in the record can be changed by anyone, including us. That is the point of the product, and it has a consequence worth stating plainly: a sealed record cannot be edited, corrected or partly deleted afterward. Check the address before you seal.
Very little. We do not store your name, your email address or your billing address.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your email to send your receipt, and your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. What we keep is the reference Stripe gives us for the purchase, so we know which walkthroughs you bought and how many are left.
Like any website, the site keeps ordinary access logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Anyone holding the verification link can open the record and see the photographs and the sealed detail. The link is the key. Send it to the people who need it, and do not post it anywhere public.
We do not publish records, index them, or list them anywhere. A record is reachable only through its link.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We share only what is needed to run the service: Stripe for payment, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
This site does not run advertising trackers.
A sealed record and its verification link are kept so the link keeps working for as long as we operate the service. If we ever stopped running it, we would give notice and a way to download your records before shutdown.
You can ask us what we hold about a purchase and ask us to stop contacting you. For anything Stripe holds, including the email on your receipt, Stripe's own privacy tools apply. Write to the address below.
There is one thing we cannot do. We cannot alter or selectively edit a record after it is sealed, for you or for anyone else, because the seal would mean nothing if we could. If you need a record taken out of service entirely, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.
This service is for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
